The cost of mediation services is dependent on the duration of the mediation process.
wemediate partners will discuss fees with clients prior to engaging in the mediation process. This cost is shared equally by the disputants.
In addition, out-of-pocket expenses, e.g. travel, room rental, secretarial etc. are payable to wemediate, and again, these costs are shared between the disputants.
Normally the mediation process can last for 1 to 3 days.
The cost of mediation outside 3 days is negotiable.
